    • Delhi Metro services delayed on Green, Violet and Pink lines due to technical snag
      Services were delayed for nearly two hours on Thursday on three corridors of the Delhi Metro due to technical glitch, the DMRC said, even as many commuters took to social media to share pictures of passengers standing in long queues awaiting the arrival of trains. A large number of people, mainly office-goers, take metro in the morning to travel to their destinations in Delhi and neighbouring cities.

    • Security agencies receive bomb threat call; unattended bag found inside a train in Delhi
      The Delhi Police had swung into action this morning following a suspected bomb alert after an unattended bag was recovered inside a local train in Delhi, en route to Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station from Haryana. The passenger train was stopped at the Adarsh Nagar Railway Station in Delhi following the development and a bomb disposal squad reached the spot to check the bag.

    • Delhi: 7 dead after fire breaks out in Gokulpuri area; 60 huts gutted in fire
      As many as seven people, including an 11-year-old child, were charred to death in a major fire that broke out at Gokalpuri village of the national capital, an official said on Saturday. The official informed that they received a call about the fire incident around 1.00 a.m. near pillar no 12, Gokalpuri village in north east Delhi after which as many as 13 fire tenders were immediately pressed into the service.

Kejriwal chooses to starve the funds of Nagar Nigam. Kejriwal should deposit Rs 13,000 crore in MCD’s bank account.”
